Holiday Mode

Usually I'm really go go go especially when it comes to The Health Academy but, over the last week I've given myself a little rest to get reinvigorated and inspired.

I think it's important that we all do this.

Take time away from what you consider 'work', even if you love what you do.

We've been spending heaps of time doing family stuff, plus my partner and I have been doing lots of fun things, just us. We're even going for massages this afternoon! BLISS!

I've had time to ponder my goals for 2016. I have some exciting things in store for you with room for 'making stuff up along the way' (which I'm really good at haha).

In other news...

My Christmas day pulled pork sliders and steamed sticky date puddings were a hit! PLUS I've been doing lots more creating in the kitchen. I have two yumo recipes to share with you. Check them out HERE

One last thing... I have my Clean Eating On a Budget workshop coming up on the 16th Jan. It's a really inspiring and enlightening workshop that will definitely kick off you new year on a positive note. To learn more and to book your spot click HERE
