Usually I'm really go go go especially when it comes to The Health Academy but, over the last week I've given myself a little rest to get reinvigorated and inspired.
I think it's important that we all do this.
Take time away from what you consider 'work', even if you love what you do.
We've been spending heaps of time doing family stuff, plus my partner and I have been doing lots of fun things, just us. We're even going for massages this afternoon! BLISS!
I've had time to ponder my goals for 2016. I have some exciting things in store for you with room for 'making stuff up along the way' (which I'm really good at haha).
In other news...
